July 26 – August 5, 2026
Join us in Mongolia! From the vibrant capital city of Ulaanbaatar to the sweeping landscapes of Terelj National Park and the Gobi Desert, tour participants will experience Mongolia together as they reconnect with their birth country and explore its rich history, culture and traditions.
Holt International began working in Mongolia in 2000 and has supported children and families throughout the country ever since.
Tour participants will visit the Holt Mongolia office for orientation and adoption file reviews, meet with childcare providers and orphanage staff, and if possible, have the opportunity to visit significant personal locations such as former orphanages or discovery sites. Families will also engage with Mongolian culture through visits to important national landmarks, meetings with government officials and U.S. Embassy staff, and immersive experiences in the countryside, including a night sleeping in traditional Mongolian homes.
This tour is open to all Mongolian adoptees and their families, regardless of placing agency. Tour details may change based on local conditions, travel logistics and government procedures.
Welcome to the registration page for Holt’s 2026 Mongolia Heritage Tour! You will find the registration form at the bottom of this page.
