Parent Training for All Families
Holt provides Family Training in 3 phases to meet Hague compliance and best practices. Phase 1 is completed during your home study process and is a self-paced program you will receive access to from your home study case manager. Phase 2 is independent work by each family. The requirement is 1 hour of adoption specific training per month after your home study is approved. These hours will be tracked and detailed in every home study update you complete. Phase 3 is child specific education and planning following your match with a child. You will have live sessions with a clinical social worker who will support you through your travel process.
